Product Delivery

Self-pickup is available by prior arrangement at the address: Moshe Dayan 39, Pisgat Ze’ev, Jerusalem.
Shipping fees will be added to the price of the items listed on the website. The shipping fee is for delivery to one destination.
The shipping cost may be updated from time to time as specified at the time of order placement on the website.
The website may set a minimum order amount.
The website will deliver the products to the customer via an independent courier service throughout Israel and via an international courier company for overseas deliveries. The regulations of the shipping provider through which delivery is made will apply to the product delivery through the website and will bind the customer.
Upon receiving and confirming the order by the site operator, the order will be prepared and packed within 10-20 business days from order confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be considered as the next business day’s order.
Product delivery by the shipping company will take place within a few days from the order placement on the website (up to 21 business days), except for remote areas where delivery times may take up to 40 business days. International shipments may experience delays depending on the schedules of the international courier. In rare cases, such as during launch weeks or other busy periods, shipping times may be extended.
To ensure the order is processed efficiently and without issues, it is important to provide all the necessary details on the website accurately and up-to-date. If incorrect details are provided at the time of order placement, the company cannot guarantee that the order will be received, processed, or that the products will arrive at their destination. If products are returned to the site operator due to incorrect information being provided, the site operator reserves the right to charge the customer additional shipping fees.
Orders that have received a confirmation message and where the product is in stock will be delivered directly to the address provided by the customer via an external courier company.
It is clarified that orders placed after 12:00 PM will be considered the next business day’s order.
If an order is received for areas not serviced by the courier company, as per the courier company’s regulations, the website is not obligated to deliver it. The website may deliver orders to areas outside the delivery zones by prior phone coordination.
The site operator is not responsible for the shipping times and delays caused by the courier company but is available to assist the customer in resolving any issues. The site operator is not responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond their control, such as technical issues, delays, strikes, natural disasters, force majeure, wars, emergencies, computer or telephone system failures that hinder the purchase process, email service disruptions, and any delays caused by the coronavirus, including lockdowns, restrictions, and other causes beyond the site operator’s control.
Generally, deliveries will be made to the provided address, but in community settlements, villages, kibbutzim, etc., products may be delivered to the settlement’s office. In such a case, you will be notified by phone or in writing.
Delivery Confirmation: Delivery confirmation is made by the recipient’s signature, which must be an adult. If there is a request to leave the delivery without personal handover, the courier will photograph the delivery at its drop-off location, and the company will not be responsible for the condition of the product or its arrival to the customer thereafter.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order confirmation sent to the email address provided to ensure there are no errors in the order. No claims will be accepted that something different was ordered from what is stated in the order confirmation.
Any notification regarding a defective or missing product must be submitted in writing to the company’s offices within 3 business days from the delivery date. If the shipment does not arrive, you must notify us within 3 business days of the latest delivery date according to the supply times detailed above.
In case of no response to delivery coordination messages from the courier company, the shipment will be returned to the company. Resending it will incur a new shipping fee.

Return, Exchange, and Order Cancellation Policy
The provisions in this section are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (“the Law”).
Requests for refunds, changes, or cancellations of transactions must be submitted to the website using one of the contact methods listed at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
According to the law, custom-made products prepared specifically for the customer according to their specifications cannot be returned or canceled.
It is clarified that no monetary refunds will be issued for products made specifically for the customer based on their personal measurements or custom requirements, nor for products with a total cost exceeding 3,000 NIS.
In cases where a customer wishes to return a product with a total cost exceeding 3,000 NIS that was not custom-made, the site operator will allow the customer to receive a credit for future purchases on the website within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returns, changes, or cancellations of other products are allowed for a refund or exchange within 14 days after the customer receives the order.
The refund will be made using the same payment method the customer used for the order.
If a return, change, or cancellation request is made after 14 days from receiving the order, the request will be subject to the website’s sole discretion.
Returns, changes, or cancellations will be approved after the customer receives written confirmation from the website.
If a return, change, or cancellation is made due to customer regret (and not due to a defect or non-compliance) and has been approved by the website:

The customer must return the product to the website in its original condition as received.

The product must not have been used in any way.

The product must be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer will bear the costs of returning the order.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the product cost or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) will be charged.
If a return, change, or cancellation is due to a defect in the product, the website will be responsible for collecting or exchanging the defective product from the location where it was delivered.
A product claimed to be defective by the customer will be inspected by the website. If, after inspection, the product is found to be in good condition or if the defect occurred after the customer received the product due to unreasonable use, the customer will not be entitled to a refund and may request the product be sent back to them, subject to an additional shipping fee.
The site operator has the sole and absolute discretion regarding the condition of returned goods. Items that show signs of use cannot be returned, and the user will not be credited for the purchase amount, all subject to the site operator’s sole discretion.
Transactions made using direct (debit) cards cannot be refunded, and refunds will be made via bank transfer.
Individual items purchased as part of a set of products cannot be returned unless the individual item is defective, and such returns are subject to the site operator’s approval.
The terms and conditions are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
